Return and Refund Policy

At Monkofu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Timeline to Return:

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return and Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@monkofu.com to initiate a return request.
  2. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
  4. Currently we offer only voucher refund of the amount which equals to the purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping.
  5. We do not offer refund to bank account, or cash refund to source.
