Timeline to Return:
You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return and Refund Process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@monkofu.com to initiate a return request.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- Currently we offer only voucher refund of the amount which equals to the purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping.
- We do not offer refund to bank account, or cash refund to source.
